What's the difference between Hot sauce and an extract?

* Hot sauce is sauce that has been mixed with multiple ingredients and various peppers in different forms. While an extract is a substance made by extracting or boiling down to make a concentrated preparation. Often one drop or two of this potent Extract is all that is needed to change an entire sauce. This is restaurant grade level. These are extremely super hot and can reach several hundred thousand or even in the millions of Scoville Heat Units.

Are there discounts for buying multiple items?

* Yes there is, In fact we already discounted most of the items so your discount starts with the first item. Check out our ONE CENT Hot Sauce section. If you want to place a big order (Restaurants, Stores, Large Parties, MTV Music Awards, The Oscars) we can work out a deal.


I see your prices go up and down. Why is that?

* We see your eyes are sharp and clear, may we suggest more hot sauce?  Seriously, we sometimes get new shipments that take up too much space in our warehouse, so we drop the price now and then (way too low) to get things moving, but our prices are still some of the lowest anywhere.


Suppose we get our sauce and it's not as hot as we thought it was or it's too hot?

* We have found out from experience that one person's Medium is another person's Hot or sometimes the opposite too mild.  Everybody has different tolerances of heat. If it's too hot, water it down.  Too mild, then add a drop or two of one of our flaming extreme extracts.


Are those Scoville Heat ratings for real?

* Yes they are.  We pay food testing laboratories to rate them for us. But everyone has different tolerances and reactions to heat, flavor, and likeability... so you should always trust your own specific reality.
